New paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.
Print orders
Because print orders are produced to your specification, they are non-refundable once sent to production. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund.
