These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creatily (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Creatily provides AI-assisted creation, editing and ordering of branded marketing assets including brochures, magazines, social media graphics, print collateral and related templates.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the brand assets, text, images and other content you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant Creatily a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
4. AI-generated output
Generated outputs are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, brand fit, legality and rights clearance before publishing or printing.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, nor to attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Print orders are charged at checkout. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or to comply with law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatily is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
